S-Opti-›Clad™:
Our S-Opti-›Clad™ deposits as a thermoplastic polymer from an evaporative solution and is therefore not cross-linked. Our new process for the manufacture of controlled index and polymer molecular weight generates smoother coatings and has drawn considerable interest worldwide. |

Customers can request samples of cladding polymers with properties other than standard properties. Our refractive index measurements are
conducted at 589nm with a sample temperature of 25°C. Formulations can be supplied in a wide variety of solution viscosities. Polymer
physical properties may range from durometer A-elastomer to D-rigid. Cladding compositions may be formulated for adhesion to a variety
of substrates while maintaining the desired refractive index with an accuracy of 0.001 +/- 0.0005 units.
