role and mechanisms of action of specialty polymer additives, and reactive modifiers for melt processing and coatings.
We continue to create new products with the aim of developing processes and products based on value-added modified polymers, additives and
nano-composites covering a wide range of applications.
We continue to improve our products via research and development in our "Center for Innovation Excellence" (CIE).
We're working on the development and delivery of high performance nano-engineered and functional materials with applications in the areas of
healthcare, energy, electronics, and optics.

S-Opti-›Clad™ - Primary Coating
S-Opti-›Clad™ optical coatings are thermoplastic polymers dissolved in a proprietary evaporative solvent. S-Opti-›Clad™ does not require any UV or high temperature curing. Once the solution has been applied and the solvent evaporates you are left with an optically clear coating. Our new process for controlled index and polymer molecular weight results in highly uniform coatings. S-Opti-›Clad™ is available in custom viscosities other then those shown here. |

Customers can request samples of cladding polymers with properties other than standard properties. Our refractive index measurements are
conducted at 589nm with a sample temperature of 25°C. Formulations can be supplied in a wide variety of solution viscosities. Polymer
physical properties may range from durometer A-elastomer to D-rigid. Cladding compositions may be formulated for adhesion to a variety
of substrates while maintaining the desired refractive index with an accuracy of 0.001 +/- 0.0005 units.

emphasis in various resin systems.

Acrylotem™ (P) - Secondary Coatings:
A specially formulated high refractive index, optically clear, fast UV-curable resin that can be used as protective/buffer coating. These secondary coatings are highly stable with superior mechanical and physical properties. These coatings are also available for thermoforming applications. Available as a UV-curable solution. |

Acrylotem™ (E):
An ultra-high molecular weight electronic grade PMMA and PMMA copolymers that can be used as a resist in photolithography, T-gate processes, and other opto-electronic applications. Available in evaporative solvent form or UV-curable solutions. |
